I am still here

It has been a while since my last blog, and I just wanted to let you know that I am still here. Things have been really crazy, and I have been pretty down lately (or maybe just completely and utterly exhausted). So here is what I have been up to:
**Taking care of Reid- who is still fighting an ear infection, and now has a cough, not to mention two big teeth coming in on top! The poor guy is so miserable and there is nothing I can do to make him feel better except snuggle him in a chair at night, all night long.
**Living off of 4 hours sleep for the past few weeks- months?
**Trying to get on my WII Fit when I have time...not happening as much as I want
**Fighting the urge to eat sweets and drink soda. I have been so good about not drinking pop while nursing and I don't want to ruin it.
**Trying to get to church at least twice a month...hey- it's a start! The only problem is, is that mass is at 8:30 am on Sunday- pretty early
**Trying to get my house organized, and if you know me at all, you know how hard it is! AKA- this was the box that the outfit Reid was baptised in came in- I can't just throw it away can I?!?!?!? :)
**Enjoying every minute with Reid, he is growing so fast, I can't believe he is almost a year old!
And last, but definitely not least,
****Weaning Reid off of nursing. It was such a struggle at first, but I have truly enjoyed the bond we share because of it! I think I am really scared that all of these firsts will be my "lasts" because of the difficult time we had getting pregnant.
Hopefully I will be posting some pictures soon of my organized house!

Oh, Maeg- I'm sorry you're dealing with so much right now. I know how hard it is to function with no sleep (and let's face it- four hours is no sleep). I hope those teeth of Reid's just pop right out tonight and he can move on. Those blasted teeth can be the pits! Have you tried the nighttime oragel? It's supposed to last longer than the origional stuff and I've found it works well for bedtime.

I'll be thinking of you...and praying for things to level out. I think you have some great goals too!!! (can't wait to see your pictures)
